GreenTech Summer School 2026: An International Immersion into Sustainable Materials and Green Technologies
From June 15 to 26, 2026, Mines Nancy will welcome international students for its GreenTech Summer School, an intensive two-week program dedicated to sustainable materials, green technologies, and the major challenges of the ecological and energy transitions. Combining academic excellence, research discovery, cultural immersion, and French language learning, the program offers participants a unique international experience in the heart of Europe.
Exploring the Technologies Shaping a Sustainable Future
As industries worldwide face growing environmental and societal challenges, future engineers must develop the skills needed to design innovative and sustainable solutions. The GreenTech Summer School has been designed to provide students with a multidisciplinary understanding of these issues through expert-led seminars, practical projects, and direct exposure to cutting-edge research.
The academic program covers four key themes:
- Sustainable Materials for the Energy Transition
- Renewable Energy Technologies
- Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Applied to Materials and Energy
- Strategic Management for GreenTech
Participants will also work in international teams on mini-projects, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving around real-world sustainability challenges.

- A visit to the renowned École de Nancy Museum, dedicated to Art Nouveau;
