Bucharest, Romania – Mines Nancy, renowned for its dedication to fostering international collaborations, is actively exploring opportunities in Romania as a promising region for partnership growth.

As part of our outreach initiatives, Mines Nancy participated in the IUF International Universities Fair, which took place in Bucharest on September 30 and October 1 and brought universities from across Europe.

The event provided an excellent opportunity for Mines Nancy to showcase its academic strengths and catch the attention of numerous Romanian students and high schoolers willing to pursue higher education abroad.

Romanian students demonstrated a strong interest in Mines Nancy’s diverse scientific fields, particularly in Computer Science, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence.

During this stay in Romania, Mines Nancy delegates paid a visit to Bucharest Polytechnic University to explore potential partnerships, with a focus on student exchange programs and collaborative research ventures.

Mines Nancy received a warm welcome from Rabie BEN ATITALLAH, Attaché for Scientific and University Cooperation, representing the French Embassy and Institut Français in Romania. This support underscores the importance of international academic collaborations and their potential for mutual growth.

All Mines Nancy students can already take advantage of existing collaborations with Romanian partners. Education knows no borders, and Mines Nancy is at the forefront of facilitating enriching academic experiences for its students.
