On Saturday, September 26, 2026, Mines Nancy will honor the graduates of the 2023 class from its Civil Engineering Program (ICM) and Industrial and Materials Engineering Program (GIM) during a graduation ceremony held at the Centre Prouvé in Nancy.

After several years of academic training, projects, student involvement, internships and professional experiences, this symbolic event will mark a new milestone in the graduates’ journeys, as they officially become full members of the Mines Nancy Alumni community.

A Ceremony Centered on Knowledge Sharing and Transmission

The ceremony will also be an opportunity to honor the two class sponsors of the 2023 graduating class: Aziza Benskoura, Manufacturing and Industrial Brands Director at Safran Morocco, sponsor of the GIM class, and Hugues-Marie Aulanier, VP Asset Development at Lithosquare, sponsor of the ICM class.

Both are Mines Nancy graduates – GIM Class of 2000 and ICM Class of 2008, respectively – and embody the diversity of career paths and responsibilities that the School’s programs can lead to.

Through their commitment to the graduates, they help strengthen the essential ties between generations by sharing their experience, their perspective on the changing professional landscape, and their insights into the challenges that tomorrow’s engineers will face.

Mines Nancy extends its warmest thanks to Aziza Benskoura and Hugues-Marie Aulanier for their commitment to the Class of 2023 and for helping make this a truly special occasion.

A New Chapter for the Class of 2023

Through the presentation of their provisional graduation certificates, representatives of the ICM and GIM classes will be officially celebrated before joining the Mines Nancy Alumni community.

This day will also be an opportunity to highlight that graduation is not an ending, but rather the beginning of a new professional journey and a lasting relationship with the School.

With some 15,000 engineers trained since its founding, the Mines Nancy Alumni community plays an important role in maintaining connections between generations, developing professional networks, and supporting students and young graduates through mentoring and sponsorship.

See You on September 26 in Nancy

The ceremony will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Centre Prouvé, followed by a cocktail reception at Mines Nancy from 6:30 p.m. Several optional activities will also be offered to participants in the morning, including a “2 Tonnes” climate workshop and a guided tour of Nancy.

Mines Nancy wishes the Class of 2023 a wonderful graduation ceremony and extends its warmest congratulations to all the graduates!
