Mines Nancy holds its HR Day, where around thirty partner companies, mostly on site, conduct mock job interviews with about a hundred third-year engineering students from the FICM and FIGM programs who are looking for their end-of-studies internship in France or abroad. Each student meets a professional one-on-one and receives expert feedback on their career plans and CV.

Interviews in real recruitment conditions
Targeted one-on-one conversations, as close as possible to a real recruitment process. Company recruiters and employees, including Mines Nancy alumni, discuss each student’s career plans, review their CV and give expert feedback. Each company takes part for one or two half-days, depending on availability.
For students, it is a chance to practice the interview format, test how they present their background, and leave with concrete ideas to strengthen their applications.
