The IGNITE project, funded by the European Union, has officially launched its first newsletter, marking an important step forward in its mission to foster sustainability-driven STEAM education across Europe.

Since its launch, the project has made significant progress, laying the foundations for future-oriented learning and reaching new audiences through a growing social media presence and the launch of its digital platform: ignite-project.eu

The newsletter highlights several key achievements, including:

  • The launch of the IGNITE project website, a vibrant hub for educators, students, and innovators
  • Insights from over 100 students across five European universities, helping shape engaging video-based nano-modules
  • Preparations for the first presentations at the SDEWES Conference this autumn
  • A dynamic project meeting in Ghent, Belgium, that energized upcoming actions such as the launch of nano-modules, the Virtual Learning Garden, and interactive student events

IGNITE is more than a project — it is a growing movement, and the first newsletter reflects the momentum and shared ambition across the consortium.
